What is 'Office Yoga' ?

For groups or individuals, these are specific yoga techniques specifically designed for those who spend several hours in the office, sitting at their desks

in front of their computer.

It consists of techniques such as relaxation, movement, breathing, stretching, and meditation.

 

Another method to achieve this is by using Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, which are renowned for their relaxing and therapeutic effects, backed by research studies.
